Chief Executive OfficerHideya Sadanaga
Hideya worked in international real estate and private equity investing at Nippon Life Insurance Company and later led product development and global product management at Nissay Asset Management. After joining Japan Post Bank in 2016, he led the development and expansion of its private equity investment program and served as Head of Private Equity Investment Department, Executive Officer and Senior Managing Executive Officer. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo and an LL.M. from the University of Michigan Law School, and has passed the New York State Bar Exam. He is also a Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.

Masashi has many years of experience in Investment and loan business at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust & Banking and Japan Post bank. He contributed to the launch of Japan Post Bank PE investment program and has been involved in numerous investments to PE and VC, mainly in Japan and globally. BA in Economics from Waseda University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Yuji has many years of experience in alternative investment management at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, BlackRock Securities, and BlackRock Japan. Most recently, as the senior managing director, he was responsible for managing CFM Asia. He holds an Engineering degree from the University of Tokyo, and has an MBA from the University of Birmingham.

Naoki joined JPAM from Revamp Corporation, where he was Chief Investment Officer. He was previously with Unison Capital and an Attorney with Nishimura & Asahi. He has been involved in numerous Private Equity deals through the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing to exit, and also has been involved in numerous M&A transaction as a lawyer. He holds a Law degree from Chuo University and is an Attorney at Law.

Kohei comes to JPAM from Citigroup Global Markets Japan, where he was a Managing Director with the Investment Banking team. He was previously with UBS Securities and Nomura Securities. He has 16 years of investment banking experience primarily in M&A. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Tokyo.

Yuki Kakitsubo
Yuki has over a decade of private equity investment experience globally, having executed investments across a broad range of industries including healthcare, consumer & retail, and B2B services. Before joining JPAM, Yuki was a Director at Unison Capital, where he evaluated and executed private equity investments in Japan. Prior to that, he worked at TPG Capital as an Associate and began his career at Citigroup as an Analyst. Yuki holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Northwestern University, graduating cum laude with honors, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Prior to JPAM, Shin was co-founder and CEO of a venture capital backed technology startup. Previously he was an investment director at Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, looking at cross border technology investments. He also has IT sector operational experience from earlier in his career. He holds a MEng degree from Imperial College London.

Toshiharu joined JPAM from Japan Industrial Solutions, where he was Managing Director. Previously he was with Polaris Capital Group. Prior to joining Japan Post Investment, he has 13 years of private equity fund experience at two major PE firms in Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Keio University.

Masayuki comes to JPAM from T Capital Partners, where he has been involved in business succession and carve-out transactions across a broad range of sectors through the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing to exit. He was previously with PwC in accounting audits, financial due diligence, and M&A advisory services. He holds a Commerce degree from Doshisha University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Commerce from Keio University.
