My name is Hideya Sadanaga, and I am honored to have assumed the role of Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer upon the establishment of our company on April 1, 2026. Our firm was created through the merger of JP Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“JP Asset Management”), established in 2015, and Japan Post Investment Corporation (“Japan Post Investment”), established in 2018. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of our clients for the trust you have placed in both companies and for entrusting us with your valuable assets.
Against the backdrop of growing momentum to establish Japan as a leading asset management center, our company operates under the corporate philosophy of delivering valuable global investment opportunities, driven by the trust of our clients. By bringing together the strengths of JP Asset Management, which has supported retail clients in building their assets, and Japan Post Investment, which has developed an institutional business centered on private equity investments, we are committed to creating even greater value for our clients.
Looking ahead, we will continue to expand our lineup of distinctive financial products, building on our existing businesses and always taking a client-centric perspective, in order to further support our clients’ long-term asset formation.
